History

At the beginning of 2014, the demand for grill ovens was increasing. Customers came to us because they wanted a grill oven, but the availability was rather limited and not suited to their purpose. We thought the project had great potential and we immediately started researching the field and made our first product. It turned our very well, so we started marketing it and it just took off from there.

The Kopa grill oven is significantly more complex product than the it first appeared. We also put great effort into the right design and came up with great solution with our industrial designer. The oven can be even placed in plain view of customers and the restaurant’s theme can built around the oven. Our customers are extremely pleased with the look and functionality of the oven, which makes us really proud of our product.

When we received our first major order, the customer was absolutely thrilled with the product, which created new opportunities and opened new markets for us.

We are concentrating our development into innovative and quality grilling products offering solutions to our customers in the field of grilling.

Type 300

KOPA TYPE 300

Kopa Type 300 is the base model of the grill oven, designed especially for kitchens with limited space. Thanks to Compact design you can place the oven under low extraction hoods. Type 300 is especially suitable for smaller fast-food restaurants, food trucks and smaller “à la carte” restaurants.

KOPA TYPE 400

Kopa Type 400 is the middle and most popular Kopa model and is intended for middle-sized restaurants that base their menu on grilled food. Type 400 offers enough space for two grill racks and allows for different dishes to be simultaneously prepared on two levels.

KOPA TYPE 500

Kopa Type 500 is the latest and biggest model in Kopa range. This oven is suitable for bigger restaurants that base their menu on grilled foods. Type 500 also offers comfort of grilling on two levels simultaneously and its spacious grill rack offers enough space to serve larger groups of people at the same time.

Type 300c

KOPA TYPE 300c

Kopa 300C is an upgrade of the base model and features a two-level warming cabinet in the same colour as the grill. The warming cabinet requires no additional energy sources because it is heated via the air vents and chimney. It can be used to preheat larger meat cuts, resulting in a more optimal distribution of temperature in the end product. It can also be used to keep the pre-prepared dishes warm and to keep you ahead of orders at all times. Temperatures in the cabinet are high enough to slow cook vegetables etc. Type 300C is especially suitable for smaller fast-food restaurants, food trucks and smaller “à la carte” restaurants.

The heat intensity is less intensive as in the heated cabinet, but is easily accessible since there are no doors to open and close. Suitable for kitchens where speed matters. Heated rack has one height adjustable shelf. Food can be placed on plates on top of the oven and on the shelf of the rack.
